Preparation for your consultation

You must ensure that you have your vaccination record or health record with you.

If you suffer from a chronic disease, you will need to show the doctor your medical file (latest tests, hospital discharge reports, list of current treatments, etc.).

Finally, any information relating to your travel will be useful: your exact itinerary, your accommodation arrangements, list of activities practised, etc.

For minors, no vaccinations can be performed without :

  • the written authorization of the parents or of the legal guardian;
  • the presentation of the identity card of the parents or of the legal guardian.

Ideally, the consultation should be planned 1 to 2 months before departure and at the latest 15 days before departure.

It is not necessary to bring with you a vaccine purchased from a pharmacy; the Centre has at its disposal the vast majority of vaccines authorized in France.
